Vero La India

Verónica Fernández Bustamante, known as Vero “La India”, is a bailaora born in the Sacromonte district (Granada) into a family with three generations of flamenco tradition. She began dancing at age 7 in the caves of Sacromonte and continued her training with masters such as Mario Maya, Juan Andrés Maya, Belén Maya, and Manuel Liñán. At 15 she began performing in prestigious national tablaos like Casa Patas (Madrid) and El Cordobés (Barcelona). She has toured internationally with her own shows like *Salvaje*, *Sonakay*, and *Soñando el Valparaíso*, standing out for her passionate, earthy, and racial temperament.
