Silvia Fernández

Silvia Fernández (Silvia Fernández Fernández, also known in flamenco circles as Silvia Maya) is a Granadan dancer. She is the sister of the prestigious guitarist José Fermín Fernández, with whom she collaborates closely and who usually accompanies her on guitar. She is an active artist in the peñas of Granada (like Peña La Platería) and participates in flamenco promotion projects like the documentary *Patrimonio Flamenco*, standing out for the expressiveness of her dance, interpretive strength, and mastery of improvisation.
